Lovely place with fantastic service. Clean and nice and we've even found few interesting things from i guess 80's .just huge Thanks to owner who is lovely person and exactly she knows how to help :)
We stayed at 17 west street during the busy bank holiday weekend. We chose it as it was a moderalty priced hotel and offered bed and breakfast. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner, who might I add was the loveliest women. We were earlier than expected but this wasn’t a problem, she gave us our keys and advised us that she hadn’t made the beds yet but if we wanted to drop our belongings off and we could go enjoy our day. The room was spacious, modern and had all the essentials. The bed said king size but defiantly felt a lot bigger, and was super comfy! The walk to front was only 10 minutes (probably faster if you don’t have a child ), very hilly on the way back but you always expect that in Scarborough. Breakfast was delicious.....the scrambled eggs were to die for and the owner couldn’t of offered us more. I would definetly be returning again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a weekend away.
Very relaxing stay ,with lovely accommodation and friendly staff . Freshly cooked breakfast which was worth every penny.well recommended.

An amazing nights stay in clean and fresh surroundings, so grateful we could be accommodated last minute later in the evening. Staff so polite and helpful with a breakfast which was delicious.

Lovely room, needs a luck of paint but clean and elegant. Very friendly proprietors. Had to walk 100m to another establishment for breakfast (!!!)but to be honest it wasn't a big deal and well worth it when we got there. Would stay again.
Great value for money. They owners could not have done anymore to make my stay any more better than it was. Breakfast is served at there sister hotel about 3 minutes down the same street, were they have there own restaurant and a lovely new modern 14 room hotel the choice of breakfast was very good indeed. My family will defiantly make this our regular stay when we come to Scarborough
